Once your property goes live, I’ll promote it properly—not just online, but also to my network of active buyers. I personally handle all viewings, so your home is always presented in the right way.5. Offers & negotiation
When offers come in, I’ll talk you through each one clearly and handle all negotiations on your behalf. My focus is always on achieving the best price, while also making sure the buyer is in a strong position to proceed.6. Through to completion
